Saw Rogues dying to Chaosbolt with cloak up etc, simple because they cloaked after the Chaosbolt was casted. Usually its rip when the killing ability went off. Exceptions are complete immunities afaik.

So maybe it was an ability that does delayed damage? Or simply a lag?

you know it depends on how much bleed duration and damage is left on them
it’s unreliable. it’s a nice bonus, sometimes it pops, sure. but it’s unreliable.
and at 5% an envenom would get the job done just as well as refreshing rupture and waiting for the calculation to go through

It’s not that weak, I see games end all of the time especially shuffs because of sudden demise, the one earlier killed at 9%, pretty sure I’ve seen ones closer to 15%.

it’s nerfed to only activate at and under 10% in pvp and it has to aexceed 250% of their hp, so basically the bleeds need have 25% left of target’s HP in damage.
don’t get me wrong, it’s not completely useless, it procs and it’s great when it does, but it’s not as OP as people make it out to be
