I’m the person who made this thread - and It is NOT nice to see it still not being adressed.

It’s rather sad.
You’d think they could just add them in as a drop on something, or as a pattern to learn from garrison, or whatever such.
I just hope their “solution” isn’t BMAH or abysmal drops/spawn etc…
They need to fix this, and stop removing old stuff or QOL-things.
Which is why I think my theory is true on this.
WOW database is too large and they want to shrink it.
Remove tons of things like old mounts and achievements and other drops and or abilities to destroy fun as we know it and remember it.
Ugh, this sounds like a scummy Blizz move, all right. Hope it’s not the case, but I wouldn’t be surprised. I always intended to make all the WoD crafting sets (had to make characters for all required professions and farm all the mats) and then out of the blue they’re removed from the game. Then Blizz reassures us by saying it’s only temporary, and almost a year later the sets are still gone with no updates whatsoever. Mind you, if we’d had an advanced warning that the sets would be removed, I’d have prioritized crafting them 
They really are alt-unfriendly.
Mage tower appearances are a great example. Unless you farmed all 36 specs, you certainly missed out on appearances. It’s a shame.

Why fix this when rehashed systems had to be implements in zones nobody wants to be in?
Any indication that this was addressed in 9.1? I pored over the patch notes but didn’t see any obvious mention of it.

Imagine my anguish at revisiting WoD content, endeavoring to craft and acquire the profession appearances I missed out on all those years ago, only to discover that it got broken by SL development and we were left on read with a “we’ll fix it in a future patch” band-aid response.
Blizzard please, old content is always relevant to plenty of people, and this thread is proof.
so what are the odds that this change will come through in 9.1.5?

True for the Brawler’s Guild, too. Also a case of “temporary lasts forever.”
I didn’t realize this change was made, so I went through the trouble of getting level 3 garrison shops and all the mats… to find out it’s impossible to craft.
Temporarily doesn’t = forever, Blizzard. It’s been over a year. Are there any plans to actually re-instate these skins or no?
