Posture toggles for Forsaken, Darkspear and Worgen need to be added at some point.
And more hairstyles. Lots more. We ended up with like 2/3 new options for a lot of races, one of which is just… bald. Which I mean fine, that’s a good option to have, but it does feel like there should have been at least 4-5 new actual styles for every race.
Night Elves got their leaves in their hair/beard. Tauren got flowers. Draenei got tail and horn jewelry. Every race should have gotten new accessories like this.
Heck on the beta right now the Forsaken don’t even have jewelry options like all the other races have gotten.

I truly agree that the options should be more or less equal for all the races. Belfs, velfs and humans have gotten quite a lot yet the rest barely have any.
I highly disagree about blood elves. It’s mostly the girls that got stuff like jewelry and really itty bitty small earrings. Woopdeedoo

ohhh and most important give hunters dual weilding back so i can use two swords on a troll and be a proper shadowhunter, or give shamans the ability to use one handed swords so i can put it on my troll and be … a proper shadowhunter. in essense blizzard let me be a shadowhunter

I love all your suggestions. I definitely think everybody should get the basics - scar options, eye color, jewelry, etc. And don’t make the options gendered.
I’d like it if the other races got flowers for their hair. I think my toon would look lovely with a hibiscus tucked behind her ear. Of course, if they want to make something like that a cosmetic head piece for everyone, I wouldn’t complain either.
More races need ear shape options.
Worgen need tails.
As for trolls, I know I’ve beat this horse to death already, but I really would like some necklaces, and more piercing options, specifically nostril piercings. The septum ones are cool, but not exactly my style. They also need to let all tusk shapes have a pierced/broken option (that goes for lady trolls too, please!) And beards. Trolls need beards.
I would like this . I was checking out the data mined changes for the regular orcs on wowhead and they are getting scars even over their eyes . They also have an option to make one eye blind.
I think the those would be great for grizzle one eyed hunter I have created.
But alas not for the Mag’har . I checked it out on the ptr

I just want burn scars like the nelves and orcs get. In my head Rosenivy canonically has a burn scar on the left side of their face. They keep it mostly hidden with magic unless they’re pushed to their limit. I’ll have them with one blind eye in shadowlands to kinda imply something like the scar if it ends up not an option

I agree with your list, some nice options there, especially:
Scares + burned scares for everyone.
Ear options for every race (especially for long ears like Trolls).
Green skin and beards for Trolls.
Straight back posture for every hunched race (or at least make it so belts don’t vanish in their stomachs).
Horn, Tusk and teeth options, like carvings, jewellery, piercings, broken etc. have to be options for every option and not only one. It wold be great if you can choose those things for both sides, or one only (but you you can choose both sides on their own).

Trolls look so cute with big ears. I always picture followers of the bat loa having bat like ears

Probably because female darkspear were a rush job because they were originally a lot like the male ones and it horrified people
