Found this digging around on Wowhead https://www.wowhead.com/beta/spell=183306/reach-of-the-highblade#modifies Pretty sure this was something they once considered during Legions beta, but I find it interesting Blizzard had once considered this option.
Quite similar to Enhancement Shaman’s Ascendence. It sounds cool, but I’d hate having the reach only during AW. Same reason I hated Torghast: I find it not very funny to gain cool abilities for a short time.
What I’d like to see more is that scrapped Prot PvP talent which gave Crusader Strike a charge when the target was more than x yds away.
