Some major elitism

I’m lost now.

I’m js, there are amazing players who do not push keys. A 2k person might not be a noob and could keep up with a 3.6 player, let’s say. Not always. You never know.

but, the ppl I’ve known, nah. You don’t wanna be like them.

The number still doesn’t matter also that’s completely unrelated. WoW forum posters will never cease to amaze me :joy:

I will say this, i know my classes inside and out, and could EASILY pull a great IO in no time, but i choose not to participate in Blizzards degrading e-sport!

Its a game ffs, i mean come on man!

Mmm Have fun nerds. I’m out.

I am so not competitive in wow anymore, and I hardly miss it.

I’ve played with ppl that have High IOs that are gud at the game, and I’ve played with players that have High IOs and got carried by their friends some.

It doesn’t matter to me. But, that streamer talking like that is such a turn off to me.

This thread wreaks of jealousy and hurt pride. Multiple comments about someone probably knows more but chooses not to play, how they dont play with people who push score, how high score players dont have as much real life experience or success…

You want to talk toxicity and shaming? Look at the people in this thread. Ashamed of their failures, envious of others, and trying to pass it all of like they dont care. You are some sad folk. :pensive:

Some people just have an easier time with this game. Most good gamers i know are great at all kinds of stuff and are generally successful. They also dont have to play as much to achieve things in game. The biggest neckbeards ive met in this game tend to suck and spend way too much time on it.

Remember what EA said , “Its a sense of pride and accomplishment”. The problem is its all personal value, nobody cares.

That’s on people. People being people. Not every high io player is like that and those that do act that way are having a different type of problem. If it wasn’t high io then it’d be something else that they have in life that they feel proud of and look down on everyone else that doesn’t have it.

So its not really the number, its their personality problem.

“Elitism.”

If you have 2100 io, I don’t wanna hear you trying to give me advice for keys either lmao.

Well, stop watching streamers. They’re silly.

i could bat at least .800 in the majors but i choose not to. the uniforms are degrading.

Insecurity and petty egos. You have to understand, they need this game to elevate them, much like griefers: they need to put themselves above others in some manner so they they forget about how garbage their actual lives are.

See folks. My earlier post was on the nose!

yea I had a chance to play w/ some top IO players last season and they just told me to “pull” and we’ll kill it for you. I was not holding back and things was dying faster than I can pull them. It was exhilarating.

Nothing makes sense to you. Crawl back in your basement.

That old school CRT monitor is way more painful to see than anything he can do or say

sadly his language is too spicy for 2022. i am forced to delete. :frowning:

Now thats a silly reply. Not even comparable. I KNOW my classes, inside and out, and know how to play them. but i will NEVER participate in the M+ BS bliss has created. I use to on other toons, but not since WOD!

Just will not bend to their will, period!

i had a 16ish halls last season that we finished in like 15 minutes flat. i was healing and honestly did not need to be there at all. stuff just melted. it was a great time!
