Was talkin to the pala
I pointed out earlier that there is a player base that has no Idea what its like to get stuck in the mid bracket. About 50% of my games it doesnāt matter what I do. I can go 4-5 matches in a row where I go 4-2, or 5-1, then I land in a lobby where Iām certain the healer takes his hands off the keys half the game, or the mage forgets to block, or any other number of things. And 5 matches can all be undone from 1 poor lobby, and the climb starts again.
Get rid of that mindset, we all get fluke lobbies that we do nothing and win or do āeverythingā and lose
Thatās what Mmr tries to do until something you do matters
No you didnāt
Oh okay, glad we got that all cleared up.
How do you post pics on here?
Look, if you arenāt using stuff like omnibar or tracking DRs how can you expect the healers in your games to be?
Once enemies ramp/stack CDs itās almost always too late.
If youāre the only proactive one in your lobbies alongside having good throughput you will climb whether you want to or not.
I believe you need Trust Level 3ā¦
Discourse is the software this forum uses.
Blizzard has changed some of the settings, but most of this is correct.
Oh dang okay! Have to get my trust up! Thank you
Yes, because they donāt belong there.
If you really are consistently the best player in the lobby you would quickly escape that MMR
You donāt get āstuckā until you begin 50/50ing at the Mmr you belong in
Itās far more likely that you are making critical mistakes on things you might not even be aware of than that your MMR specifically is a gigantic fluke.
Stop caring about your CR number and just figure out what you can do to play better
Becoming better means nothing when you are facing extreme hardcore glad players who play wow for a living. Todays wow, many players feel they must become Cyborgs (ai botting) just to even get some transmog rewards lol.
When a game is alive and high participation is happening GET GUD matters, but atm it has no player base, just a bunch of super die hard pvpers all playing king of the hill with one another lol.
Paranoia and a blazing ignorance of how the game works. Iām at 2400 right now and I had absterge and cdew in my last couple lobbies so thatās 2 people I can recall playing against that āplay wow for a livingā
Truth is you just suck at an easy game so the duelist duelist unchained glad duelist duelist duelist destro lock dunks all over you
Theyāre not hardcore sweats, thereās no booster conspiracy you just arenāt good at the game
Stuck means at appropriate mmr provided sufficient games played.
NOPE, I play for the 1800 moggies, I gots ma moggies, winning. I only invest the time for reasonable rewards. And considering many of the players I beat to get them were on glad mounts, it felt great to get!
If being good means 2400, the .01% of a video game, then yes you are correct. 2400 is even harder considering there is NO player base, its just a tiny pool of hardcore gamers. OHHH he payed against world AWC champions, and cyborg botters with perfect kick/rotations. I mean you earned that right to say everyone sucks, and to get good⦠All that, pour your life, energy, ambition into a silly nintendo game, either way you earned it, enjoy!
I was gone last season, summer/fall is just to nice to be inside hunkered over a desk looking at a pc monitor lol. Its good to SUCK at wow, a shaney skii/bass boat on the lake or bragging about your call of dooty kills.
As he walked into the room, his aura turned heads as he moved his cape out of the way, tipped his fedora hat and instantly the ladies gave him hungry eyes. The men gave him nods of respect at the gamestop, because they know, he was the arena CHAMPION!
If you channeled this creativity into something other than attempting to troll a minor sub forum of a dying 19 year old game, you could potentially make good money writing fiction childrenās books
This is the paranoia part.
I q wow at night when my kids asleep after working a full time job and having a pretty normal life. Iām also maining SoD this season.
Thereās no training montage of gaming 16 hours a day required. This games not that complicated
Man. The imagination reels when prompted to figure out what Iād do if I realized that was what I do with my time. Letās not bother the mods by spelling out such hypotheticals
Classic is huge time sink as well.
I disagree but ok.
Your right, its not, for people have a played every day for 10+ years.
Ruki and other big streamers said it best in their videos talking about the barrier to entry for wow and pvp, and they are right.
Give respect where its earned, some people are SUPERHUMAN, they can full time work a job, care for kids, and juggle multiple difficult games that are known for being a time sink.
New kid coming into wow, a standard Piano has 88 keys, you will not use them all just a standard set for the song you will play. WoW has a comparable amount of keybinds that must be pressed in a correct reactionary sequence. Both are hobbies, but what would impress a romantic partner more, playing them a song or a video gameā¦
Complexity and game boat of an old game is whats killing it, if they dont dumb it down for new players, to draw them in, witch they wont, this game does not have a future. Its not worth time investment.
Where are the waves of excited people, where are the commercials, and social media hype about the next wow pvp season. Its just a tap on your screen with pet battles lol.
Like vanilla there are good memories, my favorite was the launch of burning crusade. Small college town, midnight the town is dead, expect for the game stop. Parking lot full of cars, long line of people waiting outside for their copy of the burning crusade. Especially for my little mid west town, that was HUGE lol. Even the local radio was talking about it lol.
Does wow bring that kind of hype anymore? answer is nope. In fact I would refrain from even telling people I play the game. LOL, nope I watch sports ball, pretend to know what the cowboys did. BRA, did you see the game? Yeah Bra, the ball, they threw it, and touchdown lol.
overall he is fried
enh provides no carry for fried
