EDIT: You can actually skip it! You just have to now do the quest to get all of the buffs and duel someone. Head back to Holgar Stormaxe and he gives you the option.
As the title states. You literally cannot skip the Broken Shore scenario for Legion on Horde anymore thanks to Chromie Time. This was reported on the PTR and was posted on these forums yet here we are. There is no way I’m doing that scenario ever again. All it is is a waste of time. Please implement the skip again for people who did it already.
I literally did it yesterday and skipped it…

WAIT scratch that. You can but you have to do the quest to get all the buffs and duel someone. I went back to Holgar Stormaxe and he now offers me the option to skip. It used to be an option before that quest.

I’m assuming its so you have no choice but to give up the portal stone. I guess as long as you don’t actually want to level in Legion you can still keep it, but you’re locked out of Legion as an expansion entirely if you opt to keep the portal stone.
Nice try, Blizzard. Portal stone is still more valuable.
I was able to skip the content by starting it then leaving the instance and then talking to Holgar, where he now offered to skip the content.

I have not been able to skip this with a horde character. It seems not to be working now. Unless I am missing something.
You used to be able to skip it from the get go. I don’t recall having to do all those lead up chores before the ship before.
It is almost like the game is glitchy.
I have never had one problem with an alliance character and I have never been able to skip it with a horde character. I only started a month ago so not sure how it was before then.
Get the buffs, do the duel, then talk to the dude at the dock and get your ring. Instead of then going onto the boat, go back to the guy at the start of the questline, and he lets you skip the scenario.
I have done all the ways that everyone has suggested and still does not work. I went back to the guy who gave me the ring quest and he will not talk to me. Why they can’t set it up like the alliance questline I am not sure. You do not have to do anything to skip.
