And you can prove that group constitutes 99.99999% of the player base? Can you also prove that no one in that group has been the subject of an automated squelch or that none of those players who do not post on the forums have ever been the subject of an automated squelch?

13 yrs playing without even a warning, long friends list, know exactly 0 people that have had a squelch in that list of friends or the guilds I’ve been in or … or … or … regular lurker / poster for 13 yrs on the customer service forum and the posts about this are rare to very rare.
