If a 2500 player gets an 1800 player. They are not an 1800 player. They have a higher mmr then there rating. I’m going to ask again if they arent holding you back from climbing. Whats the issue?

You have 500 3s games played at 2k. Even peaked over 1600 in 2s and then dropped back down to 1574. There’s a pattern here, you just aren’t that good.
Aside from mmr taking too long to be updated until recently. What needs to be fixed? Your fighting people performing at the same level you are. If you are better you will beat them. Thats working as intended.
Edit: You can make an argument healer specific mmr/gains needs to be fixed in SS. That is true.
