Let me say this going into a solo shuffle this morning a gentleman was swearing at me calling my ungodly names and slurs.
I lost six rounds I was ok with that but that level of vulgarity and language was just awful I hope blizzard has a detection system because it made me feel victimized by some male who thought he could just talk like a brute.
Did you report them? If not, I would report them. I personally don’t like Solo Shuffle for this reason. Too many toxic people. If people are that serious, they should find their own team and stay out of Solo Shuffle
I’d report him. Repeated offenses of the social contract result in silences, suspensions, and in some instances, account closure. I can vouch for the suspension one.

in fact this is a problem, we can all collaborate to change it over time, but what we can do to improve this situation immediately is to change our mindset.

Report them, it puts them on ignore and if like 20 people do it they’ll get account silenced. If he’s toxic to you, he’s toxic to everyone and will eventually get silenced.
I’m pretty sure it’s only a couple offenses in solo shuffle to flag an account. I don’t think it follows standard protocol like trade chat or something.
That’s crazy my last game I was the weakest link and was targeted (enhance shaman) and I apologized for it and they said no problem just stay near healer and cc and that was the only win I got that match lol.
Some classes are the squishiest and end up being the target but some people think it’s our fault we get melted.
It happens ThTs solo shuffle. If your the weakest link all we can do is cc and stay near healer while trying to dps. It’s the name of the game. Healers have to be good to keep us alive and we have to pop defensives right away. For some people to get toxic and leave or just trash talk you when ur on their team is just annoying.
It’s ESPECIALLY annoying when the trash talk comes from tanky classes like good healers and dks. Like I’m sorry they target me? U gotta do ur part too! Lol
I still find playing solo shuffle less toxic then trying to find a teammate for ranks since loosing a few games is all it takes for some people to loose their cool.
It’s solo shuffle. There’s gonna be a “target this” class always and that player is going to be on ur team and opposite at one point.
Honestly report them because it’s against TOS, worst case scenario you’ll not queue into them again (I don’t think) or they’ll be blocked
This is sus, but i’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and say sorry this happened just switch to combat log tab, report, and move on. The people that rage in shuffle are usually the ones that are scared to death of losing some rating because they suck and aren’t confident they can get it back.

I play solo shuffle with chat turned off. Have a macro that announces “I am fistweaving. I will heal as much as I can. Thanks.” Win or lose. I have a lot more fun that way.

Just report them. I assure you the report system works. I got a 3 day suspension for telling someone they were fing useless. Which explains why most people never say a word or just spam emotes in solo shuffle. Blizzard’s chatbot report system is more sensitive than league’s, and that’s saying a lot.
