Well, that’s not all you can do. You can escape slows with imp sprint 2x vanish-repick, block-repick, vanish cs/sap repick, all the other rogue and mage cc, while getting out of harms way, and there are tons of things you can do to survive with engineering plus self healing like furbolg/whipper root tubers/absorbs/bandages/pots.
And no, them holding the flag is not the best option but when you don’t have a traditional FC, you have to improvise. And a coordinated attack is going to rip anyone apart without coordination from the defense so that’s kind of a mute point.
A good mage is arguably better than an okay druid because a mage can run laps through their base and constantly avoid the enemy unless the enemy camps lobby, tunnel, and roof. Hunters can aspect of the cheetah kite for days with a priest healer.
I’m not saying you’re entirely wrong but a lot of players underestimate what a good player can do as a non-traditional FC.
My entire point is that WSG players should be better rewarded based on their objective-based successes. That would be a move in the right direction away from the AFK-Alterac Valley fiesta, and you think this is bad, am I correct to say that?
