I just don’t like participation trophies. Catch-up is meant to get you up to a new content patch’s level, not to catch you up mid patch because you were lazy this whole time.
The thing I love most about MMOrpg(s) is the ability to chat with other players at any time while playing. However, I tend to level solo and like to choose when to group at my leisure. Human beings stress me the Hell out.

Again it’s not that easy. Most players are hardstuck at 200 iLevel range because groups that are high keys gatekeep these players so they can’t even make their own group for keys that give them the gear they want.
This incentivizes people to buy carries and higher keys which is currently in high demand considering half of LFG on any given server has people selling runs and people buying them.
Yes it is that easy. I do it all the time back in BFA and Legion if there’s no groups to join.
Yes it’s slow, but it’s still a valid option.
yea i think the same way but i put semi casual hardcore and progression in the same block
casual - prog/semi casual- hardcore
because most of the time semi casuals will get AOTC and atleast 3-6 mythic bosses

The growing problem with everybody is not only the frustation from lack of loot in PvE but the overall toxicity in M+ groups and raids over iO scores and iLevels and they only want certain classes/specs which shuts paying customers out of content.
Blizzard thinks you as a solo player dont have many options. Even if they put c*ap out, you as a solo player will keep on buying.
They already made money for their efforts by making people buy the expac. SL is barely an expac its more of patch.
They also have some real contempt for their players. Rather letting players have fun, they take determined effort to make players do chores.
You mean where they started handing out raid raid gear for doing emmisaries and raiders complained that it invalidated the higher level activities and that we were doing raiding for nothing and you guys said stiff and we were unwashed neckbeards for caring about what gear other people had? Then you guys couldn’t kill lfr nzoth for months and complained that the loot wasn’t enough to warrant the effort due to emmisaries awarding better gesr. Now you guys are complaining that PvP is too hard because people have better gear then you. And somewhere in the middle you demanded difficult solo content that you were prepared to work hard at to get good loot, and blizz created that, and then you guys complained that it took too long despite being perfectly executed, thus exposing your lies. Don’t worry champ we are well aware of your brazen hypocrisy.
Having your own group bypasses the ilvl and rio requirements. Plus you get the added benefit of picking and choosing which people you want in your group, so if somebody asks you for your ilvl and RIO to be 190 and 2000, you don’t have to invite that person.
I would motion you to my armory and take a look at the achievements and essentially point out the obvious fact that i’m level 60, but i would like to know what you mean by played here first. You mean the Mythic Dungeons? I yet to do them. But for Shadowlands, yes i have clearly played it.
Look, i understand that the lack of loot sucks and i even agree that their should be more loot, and yes, there are toxic groups, but it’s not like you’re completely unable to do the content. You’re still able to make your own group here. That’s not taken away from you. Toxic people and lack of loot (or loot showers on the other extreme) doesn’t strip people their ability of making their own groups.
You literally missed the entire point.
How do you propose someone run a +10 for an upgrade when LFG isn’t an option due to gate keeping and they themselves only have a key that isn’t the upgrade they need? Are they just out of luck? Do they just keep trying? Or should they just suck it up and buy a carry like most of the players are doing now?
Figures, your lack of experience shows in how you struggle to understand a topic that you so confidently try to have an opinion in.
Literally no one said you couldn’t make your own group, how does this even solve the inherent iLevel disparity and loot drought that everyone is facing? This is a lot more nuanced than your understanding of it.
