My only question is… why did blizzard include it in the ‘known issues’ list if that’s the case???
I’m not seeing it in the known issues list unless I’m missing something.
I too have these two left to complete in the achievement even tho I did all the side quests on the map
I have these showing complete for the achievement, and all quests showing as complete, but the achievement is still not complete.

Same here yesterday I was missing one and now they all show a check mark but not rewarded the achievement
Same here, achievement has now marked off all tasks including Memories of the Sky, but not awarding the achievement. Few threads on this issue popping up now.
Same issue for me. Shows all requirements completed, but no achievement. Logging on and off does not fix.
Mine has now updated to complete and granted the achievement! Randomly happened logging in just now.
