SoD will be 90% Alliance

LOL, i see the same issues on Horde side as well, all kinds of lack luster, mediocre, basement dwellers playing on both sides of this coin.
None of this is Alliance exclusive.
This was funny tho!

I plan on slaying any alliance that dares step onto Ashenvale Territory.

Ashenvale is Horde Owned and there will be no trespassing allowed, with the penalty being death.

My longest stretch on retail was playing alliance on Mal’Ganis before combined realms, at the time there was 45 horde at level cap for every one alliance at level cap.

And I loved it.

Almost every time I’ve played horde, I’ve missed being alliance, particularly night elf. So I do plan to play alliance this time, but if there’s a big disparity it might help me consider the horde side instead

wrong. SOD will 90% horde if horde get salv, because horde racials are 100% better for PVE raiding which is what people care most about. buff alliance racials or the game is gonna be super imbalanced for pvp

Actually, most people care about looking pretty, not your silly racial statistics.

Good.

No it isn’t.

It’s cute little gnomes with bubblegum pink ponytails that make people play Alliance.

That, and our cities aren’t filled with cow poop.

It’s adorable that you don’t think the people playing Alliance and the people playing Horde are the exact same types of people.

ret paladin tears mmm

You should know that a lot of guys dont give a rats butt about looking pretty. In fact, many guys roll Horde to look as mean and monstrous as possible.

Horde will be plentiful and strong in SoD.

Exactly. Yes. Thank you. I dont wanna be a little gnome or a furry … Dwarf are the only cool alliance race.

Horde have 4 complete and total chad races.

So you think people will even though they cant play the faction or race they want to play? You think forcing people to play a faction they dont want to play is the answer?

Yes, because the alternative is a dead server.

All gnomes are giants dragons in disguise.

I don’t see the issue?

There is no way Blizz will force players to roll on a specific faction. If they truly want some semblance of balance they need to address the glaring imbalances between shaman and paladins. In OG WoW the Alliance was more “defensive” based with kings and salvation and Horde was more offensive based with totems of strength, grace of air, and windfury. Blizz has given the Alliance strength and grace of air in a single rune that is not cast or placed and given the Horde an inferior version of kings and no salvation. In addition the Alliance also have a 30% damage reduction on a 2 minute cd, a superior AoE tank, auras et al.

The only two ways I can see to remedy this issue is to either give both factions pallies/shamans (would prefer this not to happen) or give shaman Bloodlust. The 30% damage increase would be equal to the 30% damage reduction and stay true to the original design of the factions.
