if one faction is significantly more dominant on a PvP realm, there is a very real likelihood that faction selection may be temporarily limited on that realm.

This is fantastic. Love this team.
He mentioned a caveat to this, that this would only be occurring on PvP realms. So you don’t have to worry about faction limitations on PvE realms.
