I auto-attacked a Plainstrider a few times and dropped Stoneclaw. It took it 3 pulses, but it pulled it off me. And yes, there’s inconsistencies in how Blizzard uses the term ‘taunt’. Obviously Stoneclaw isn’t an immediate forced aggro grab, but each pulse adds up and eventually it can attract targets’ attention. Even right away if you’ve done little to no damage to it.
