On more than one occasion there have been players using offensive speech in chat and doubling down when called out. I have no option to report them from clicking on their name in chat. When I open support it says that the option should be there. Am I doing something wrong?
Just ignore and move on.

You can try turning off some addons. This happened to be before where after a short time the report function wasn’t showing up when clicking on names in chat. When I turned off some addons it seemed to fix it, but I never narrowed it down to which addon it was
Kind of had to. But I want the option of reporting people if they deserve it.
