I have 2 boons in inventory right now that will not stack. IDS are 212160 and 184937. I used the 212160 and it stuck the 184937 on a 5 minute cooldown, not the typical 1 hour.
This wasn’t quick the quick turnaround they thought this would be, eh?

Items have never be tradeable across realm in bg’s, this is just someone trolling. However DMF cards could drop off mobs in the bg

They do. I have tested on multiple characters at this point just to make sure.
