While it’s scummy to sell them on the AH when you got them for 18s, it’s a Blizzard issue. Fresh Servers ended up getting queued to SOD client BG’s, so the AV reagent vendor’s had discounted Chronoboons and the SOD specific Comprehension Charm. Best way to fix this is remove all the new boons from the AH and make them account-bound and unable to sell to vendors.
They could also just make Fresh have boons cost 18s after this as well. Still doesn’t help the people who made a lot of gold selling the cheap boons initially, but bans/suspensions don’t seem completely justifiable since the items were there.
What do you think those boons that will be used and don’t matter will turn into? GOLD. Tons of it. Enjoy playing a fake version of vanilla.

No, it’s a clear exploit. There’s no confusion that selling these SoD boons is not an intended mechanic, and everyone who sold even one on the AH or trade should be banned permanently.
