Like this event type has happened several times now. Worse case scenario is you miss it and have to pay 5k timewalking badges to buy the new mount.

BEGGING you to hire people who actually play your damn game for a change. This is not good. This is bad. You should know that it’s bad. And then fix it.
That’s the 12.0.7 version. Duration: 3 hours.
So instead of the xp bonus remaining on a character who can actually use it, that will be constantly ticking down when doing ANYTHING other than leveling.
Y’all cannot take a single easy W without tainting it somehow.

While I agree that they should have left the buff on a per character basis, the change is consistent with their broader implementation of ‘during the event only’ style bonuses, buffs, and currencies.
Confining it to the event is ok. Making it constantly expire during that event is not.
All they have to do for an unqualified win is to set the duration to 7 days instead of 3 hours.
At the very least, make it expire on weekly reset, but there’s still no reason to keep finding ways to botch it like that. Just leave it on and let it roll over as long as players are touching it sometime during the week.

Couldn’t care less about timewalking. Just care about ice dragon mount.

Would be nice if the mount was different colors, I’m noticing blue bird mounts are starting to be common.

I am thinking about these new timewalk raids:
- MoP → Siege of Orgrimmar
- WoD → Blackrock Foundry
- Legion → Night Hold
- BfA → Uldir (Dazar Alor won’t work because TW raids are cross faction)
- SL → Castle Nathria
- DF → Amirdrassil
We already have:
- BC → Black Temple
- WotLK → Ulduar
- Cata → Firelands

I was thinking this lineup:
MoP - Throne of Thunder
WoD - Blackrock Foundry
Legion - Nighthold
BfA - The Eternal Palace
SL - Castle Nathria
DF - Vault of the Incarnates
This needs to be seen. The duration of the buff worked before because I could do this on an alt and just log into it once a week to refresh the buff. This makes it insanely tedious and I’ll lose the buff just trying to do raids each week. Stop punishing people for playing your game, Blizzard.

Blizzard is the only company that can see an overwhelmingly positive reaction to an announced change that would negatively affect no one and go “Oops no, our mistake that’s not actually happening”
