If your not happy with 4 high ivl pieces a week thats 100% drop, what you want all slots in one week
616 and 3/6? Unless the jumps are really significant for delves, it sounds like you can even do lower than tier 8 for a hero piece in the vault, and keys won’t really matter too much. Kinda like M+, where eventually you’re only doing it for currency and the vault slot, since you can’t get gear upgrades from the content itself anymore.

Seems to be more for M+ and raiders to fill gear gaps. I don’t see many casual players getting very far outside of specific specs, carries, and cheese.
You can get four keys each week with the following events:
- Theater Troupe event on Isle of Dorn.
- Awakening the Machine event in Ringing Deeps.
- Spreading the light event in Hallowfall.
- Pacts in Ahz-Kajet.
- “Special Assignment“ quests in zones. Complete three world quests to unlock them.
Plus world quests can offer up to 25 key fragments. Combine 100 for a new key.

This week is mostly delves week because M+ is locked and it gives better ilvl than M0, next weeks it will most likely be skipped unless you’re gearing an alt. If it wasn’t for this people that do M+ wouldn’t really care.

Delves are not hard, they’re just harder than world content which by comparison makes them feel like a massive jump to people who don’t do anything else.
You all hate pugging so blizz had to come up with a way to make better gear hard and complicated to get, otherwise, everyone would get it and nobody would feel like they accomplished anything.

In addition, you can buy restored coffer keys from the “deep” zone vendor once you are renown 10 with them, from some currency you earn down there.

people as in mythic raiders - mythic raiders will kill mythic bosses in far lower ilvl gear than 90% of the population as well.

Not sure why some people are salty. I actually wondered whether delves are solid gearing option for some alts. I just want to make Enhance to run some delves and progress. What’s wrong with that? lol
Oh I forgot about radiant echoes, those probably mean you get 7~ keys a week if you do everything.
What solo players do you mean?
Delves were never really intended to be a main gear source for people who want champion level gear. So if that’s the kind of solo player you mean, then, no, they’re not good for that kind of gearing.
What delves are good for is for players who don’t play group content and who want some gear progression – you will get that by the bountiful and the vault item per week. Yes, it’s slow, but you’re not in a rush anyway as a solo player who doesn’t play group content.
The only use for players who play group content is for a piece here and there maybe, or in a week like this week where people have been hoarding keys and will use them in the harder delves to get M0 equivalent gear in easier content. Once M+ opens, those people will just run M+, and that’s fine, because delves are primarily intended for people who don’t play group content.

Honestly looking at the accounts posting feedback, no. Not mythic raiders.
And if you can’t do T8s week 1 that’s fine, get some gear from using keys in T6s or T7s or whatever you can do, get a bigger upgrade from your vault the reset after, and gradually work up to an ilvl where you can do harder content.
Don’t forget set bonuses coming online through the catalyst as early as week 4, earlier still if you get one or two in the vault.
