Is the max charges 8 only or does it slowly recharge every 2 weeks to more than just 8 total charges.
What was it in S1?
Don’t think they announced any changes to this, so I would expect the same as last season.

It can hold a maximum of 8 charges for the current season. They recharge at a rate of 1 charge per 2 weeks. If you reach the cap of 8 and don’t use any before the next charge is released you will remain at 8.
There are unlimited charges for every prior season starting from SL S3, for transmog collection purposes.
