Well no…there would have to be some actual examples of random mages or warlocks corrupting a World Tree for that to be the case.
Thus far the only things that have been shown to do so are the Old Gods. Citing anything less powerful as being able to do so is merely speculation.

No it was stated that a pure heart must be the one to plant the tree otherwise it would be corrupt and those that tend it must be aswell any negative input would corrupt the tree. Since we have 0 chars pure of heart and any person who just goes to water the thing could corrupt it is enough of a case point
Maybe read the lore that states only the pure of heart can safely plant a world tree and can tend to it otherwise corruption would take hold. So any person who isnt pure of heart can tend to it and corrupt it
Then Nordrassil would be corrupt, because not a single person involved in its planting, empowering or subsequent maintenance was a flawless saint without any shortcomings to their character.
You are correct and it was hence why it needed to be cleansed. But we longer have anyone with the strength to do that again.
Teldrassil has been deliberately ignored as a plot point going into Shadowlands.

Which has never been corrupted, and so has never needed to be cleansed. Even with the Aspects’ blessings gone it’s remained free of corruption. Despite the night elves who cared for it and the Aspects who empowered it all being people with their own myriad failing and faults of character. None of them are “pure of heart,” which is itself frankly a meaningless concept.

They even released that small part into the live game in an unfinished state. There are things that are labeled “doodad_3” when you hover your mouse over them. Think of the laziest fast food worker you’ve ever seen. Now give them a job at blizzard. That’s who’s making this game now.
Its the cycle of life. Hell, forest fires are an important part of some Tree’s reproduction cycle. Nordrassil regrowing from its dead husk was a key part of WC3’s end story.
I think building a new Night Elf capitol in Hyjal or Moonglade is a better idea personally.

Horde don’t have a victory cycle. Everything in the game itself indicates that there was only one turn each, with the Horde going first, then the Alliance winning second.
