It’s not ableist to criticize that because she is choosing to drink, and therefore willfully causing her own symptoms.
However, from the sound of it, you weren’t getting along while she was sober either, so maybe she’s just a difficult person to get along with in general or there may simply be a severe personality clash happening between her and other members of your guild.

Possibly, I was not the first person to kick them out or have them leave their guild, in fact prior to me recruiting them they had left the realm altogether for “reasons”. At any rate, I washed my hands of it weeks ago, their children are now apparently pressing the issue.
