So what is with Vol'jin now?

Didn’t say they did. Don’t they get their powers from the loas?

Like the Kul’tiran from the drust?

Their moonkin forms I take it is part of blizzards lazyness to change animations for race differences. Like troll paladins get the silver hand animations with their spells. That is weird and should be their own light contracts but it is blizzard lasieness. Like sunwalkers should be more druidic but they’re walking around in human light church get up.

Think a lot of troll and Kul’tiran druids ask for moonkin changes to fit their lore more.

Son what does any of this have to do with the nelf tree that was made for night elves, with night elves, by the goddess that loves night elves more than any and every race in the multiverse??

Nothing, you brought up the trolls. Also don’t call me son.

We literally were talking about elves and tuaran who worship Elune, that is it.

Really don’t understand why you’re angry that a horde race also has ties with Elune. Literally almost a lot of races worship Elune and another race also gained her night warrior powers before the night elves. We learned that in ardenweld

I would love to see more interaction between the taurans, Elune and the wild gods. They could use some screen time.

Yeah, no idea why the Tauren incorrectly worshipping Elune as an aspect of another god somehow connects Amirdrassil to them. Which was the topic at hand being responded to.

And? What is your point. Just saying Elune isnt just for NE is all.

Taurans also want a world tree back as well. The world tree wasn’t just important to the NE but it was more important to the NE.

Or do you think a world tree isn’t for the world as well and just for the night elves? The death of the world tree affected a lot of Azeroth.

It’s like you don’t want a goddess to be worshipped by another race than just. NE and maybe that the new world tree is a holy site not just for the NEs .

On a meta level, I think the tree was very overtly an attempt to placate a lot of justifiably enraged Nelf players.

You don’t understand people worshipping a goddess in their own way won’t want a new holy site from her?

The hand of one of their gods made a new huge tree. Why wouldn’t they want that? Wrong or not in how they worship her, they still do worship her.

Of course, but we also had a lot of tauran druids going “why am I doing this? It literally goes against their drudic ways as an arch druid”.

There’s been nothing in the lore I’ve seen involving Tauren asking for a world tree. Let alone does that make Amirdrassil their tree, which was the original point being discussed.

Because they didn’t. They still protected it though.

The tree is literally for everyone. That is why there was a huge party with everyone celebrating the new tree, the centaurs being happy, and the hynea like things going hunting more in celebration

Tauren are very used to their entire culture being The Other Druids who play second fiddle to Nelf Druids. If we’re lucky, we might spot the majestic Hamuul in his natural habitat—showing up very occasionally so we can point at him and go “see, the Horde is part of the story!”

I wish, people here kinda forgot how much the NE and Taurans are buddy buddy outside the horde and alliance thing.

Some alreAdy calling their worshipping and culture the fake version.

Given that their only presence has been Other Druids or Baine ugly crying about how much the Horde sucks, it seems hard to miss.

Honestly, both the tauran and the NE should have been their own faction. I feel both of them don’t fit with the alliance or horde but that is just me. That or switched over. NE acted more like the horde and Taurans as the alliance.

And yet we only have a giant Night Elf village under and around it. Hmm.

No it isn’t.

Lol okay (10 char)

And that doesn’t change anything I stated.

Also, I’m sure they allow anyone to live there now. The NE are in charge, because you know burned tree home and all and this was promised to them, but literally anyone can stay there now if they so wish.

Think the long term plan for the NE is to wait for the ashes of burnt tree to clear up and reclaim it and make that their home again. Also to clean up ashenvale and the rest of that coast up. With the help of the druids, who also have a lot of tauran.

It does. Because it shows it actually is for the Night Elves. That’s why they’re the ones with the huge village under the tree their leader grew that they named and that was made by the souls of the Night Elves.

Those aspects by themselves make it clearly a Night Elf tree. Even if they allowed visitors, it is their ability to give permission or deny it. Because it is their tree.
