Funny, since heroics have practically no pre-raid gear. Your ideal pre-raid gear is i606 renown pieces, i606 crafted weapon (with spark) and then full i590 crafted 5-star gear with harbinger enchanted crest to get your best secondary stat allocation.
The ONLY things you need out of a dungeon are trinkets. Hence this issue.
If you have a single piece of heroic gear equipped right now that’s NOT a trinket, you’re not really trying to parse.
