The first conquest weapon is 440, they go 5 below the emissary cap/normal raid for the first week of conquest rewards.
Same thing last season, was a 410 weapon for the first conquest reward.

Conquest weapons are a good source for that. I definitely know that for alts and off-spec gear wise I’ve been relying on that since I just gave up on the emissaries for weapons. lmao

Non-season 4 content will still Warforge and Titanforge up to a maximum cap of Item Level 455 but will not Corrupt.
I don’t know anything about that

Just do the 500 conquest cap. Pretty easy to get done in a day or two.
It is season 4 and is corrupt if you check the screenshot. I’m going to chalk this up to a first week bug.

Alliance has had at least 2 or 3, if I recall.
Regardless, I hope Horde gets one soon, we haven’t even had many weapon WQ’s. Trying to get a weapon for my shaman(enhance) and the whopping 4 WQ’s I’ve seen have been for Intelligence Axes and Shields. Makes me sad, lol. Oh well.
Listen. This is RNG, and you like RNG. Okay? This is what customers prefer, because customers like RNG.
They don’t want to give us 440+ weapons right away…may make us a bit too powerful and we’ll clear the 8.3 stuff too fast.
Gotta space this out over the next 11 months.

That weapon looks like it probably came from the weekly cache since it is corrupted and I don’t THINK the quest reward ones can corrupt. Idk.
Here is my hunter that I haven’t really logged onto since BoD and it is showing 440 for me despite being only like 410 equipped.
Fairly certain I got the staff for handing in the quest. I haven’t received a weapon from my cache yet.
Then idk. Blizzard spaghetti code or something like that. Regardless the item should be 440+ anyway and is how it works since I conq capped my boosted mage last season to replace my weapon as fast as possible because starting at 375 or whatever isn’t very good.

I have two dozen toons who can benefit from a weapon emissary and most would be totally horrible in PvP - really bad. You want me to put crappy toons in PvP to try to win conquest? I guarantee you others would be mad at your idea if I did it
Granted for this toon I probably should for my ret weapon. I’m pushing 40k dps with my 430 weapon, but I’d really like to get a 445+ for sure. But I had to focus tank first, who has 460 wep and shield now.
BTW learning the Alliance DID get one is great news - it still exists. That’s what I needed to know.
You don’t have to attack a single other player to conquest cap. Actually PvPing just drops the time required from like 3 days to 1-2 days.
