So, Turalyon and Alleria are still missing?

I didn’t have time to complete the raid today, or do the quests. But I didn’t see on Wowhead or any other forum topic if the couple returned. Are they still missing?

Yes, they are still missing and I don’t expect to see them until the end of this expansion.

They are presumably where ever Xal’atath used the sunwell to go.

I’m sure after a few patches of only tangentially related content we’ll finally get around to learning where that is, but probably not why.

So tune in in like a year and a few months.

Yes. Most likely we won’t see them again until 12.2 or something as I believe 12.1 (or 12.1.5) mostly revolves around the Troll raid and/or something else unrelated to the current arc

Obviously if they were in real danger, we’d have to chase after them, so good for them. Taking a little time for themselves. They needed a break from that kid of theirs.

Yeah, he spent something like 40 years growing up without them, and for them it was a thousand years, but he’s so needy.

And he doesn’t even take the hint that he’s clingy. Alleria tries to run off to the Voidstorm and there he is, chasing after her. Turalyon tries to give him a hint with a big ol’ sword wound, and kid decided to go fix papa’s shield to make things better.

I doubt Turalyon and Alleria will spend much of their time together. She’ll do her thing, and he’ll just kind of wait for her. She doesn’t like spending too much time “together.” Heck he even helped imprison her during part of that time just to keep her from running off, haha. They laugh about it now, while she gets him to torture people.

I get having a family-centered storyline. They’re playing off some level of duality, the void mom, light dad, kid torn between the two. But holy cow this is like the weirdest/worst family dynamic ever.

// Auntie in there with … well … no magic, but she hunts. Feels like she’s a bit underpowered here. Guessing in 12.2 she’s going to go commune with … someone … and get powered up.

//// Wait, does Vareesa even have a pet? I get that she’s MM, but don’t all hunters have a pet? WTF is up with that? Is it like warlocks with grimoire of sacrifice? Because that’s kind of messed up. It’s okay to sacrifice a demon - they just go back to the twisting nether, but a pet?

They’ll be missing until the end of the expansion when Sylvanas will show up once more for the final showdown against whoever so the three Windrunner sisters are reunited. It is the elf unification expansion afterall.

Until this expansion, it was possible to be MM with no pet. Now you suddenly have to have an eagle, I guess. The question is whether that’s retroactive.

Also, if Vereesa is MM, then I’m glad I switched to BM. I don’t want to have anything to do with that woman.

C’mon Blizzard, have the guts to kill them off.

Wouldn’t surprise me if we didn’t see them until 13.2. Final raid cinematic of the Trilogy.

Spotting eagle kinda represents the sentinel owl (in 3 Sylvanas also has it, it’s usually how you know as Arthas she’s about to rush you) and Alleria’s hawk.

Also Shandris and the 3 sisters are all MM (always have been, the spec is mostly designed around their kits).

Hey if they’re missing again just means we’re going back in time. Nature is healing

All that couple ever does is get lost during cosmic expeditions.

Alleria: “Why don’t we just stop and ask for directions?”
Turalyon: “The Light guides me.”

Alleria: “That’ll take us through a Black Hole…”
Turalyon: “Trust in the Light, my love.”
Alleria looks out of the side window of the Vindicaar.
Alleria: “I think we missed a turn about 175,000 Light Years back…”
Turalyon: “Do you want me to turn this interdimensional ship around?”

It would be really funny if Blizzard just put them back into limbo and they don’t even show up for the rest of this saga.

He will show up 40 years later with The Army of the Void at the head of a crew of Voidforged Draenei.

But Alleria has turned to practicing The Light and they fear she may fall to Light corruption.

Wish they’d just stay ‘missing’. Their boring family drama has usurped way too much of WoW’s story already. This is a world full of interesting chars and lore. I am sure other families exist, too. Can we just be done with these two and Arator except maybe as side-quest for hardcore fans of the chars?
