Actually it sucked in BfA losing talents my characters had had since wod and having to earn them back.

I’ll see what happens!

Looking forward to less fair weather dorks on my spec but they’ll always come back, their loyalty is only to whoever preforms best at that moment.

I actually don’t remember losing anything in BFA and having to earn it back (except artifact weapons I guess, RIP). I don’t remember getting anything new, talentwise, but I don’t remember losing anything. Not saying we didn’t, just…don’t remember. Maybe that’ll be the case here too. Maybe I’ll be too distracted by entering a brand new expansion that I won’t even care about nor remember losing anything and having to earn it back. I dunno. God help me either way. :dracthyr_shrug:

But Druids always perform the best.

Even if the expansion is delayed there is no such thing as a perfect class design and the reality is blizzard can’t please everyone. So my best guess is for them to make a compromise design and which they have.

Because for a fact there will be a group of people will say one thing and another group will say another the class tree cannot always be iterated on at some point the game developers has to move on to bigger things besides staying on one issue just to please every single person in this game.

Also, they needed to move on to balancing and tuning each class so that they are near equal playing field and a matter of fact this game hasn’t gotten a proper class tuning and balancing phase for a long while.

I liked the original talent trees from Vanilla through Wrath better, but Blizzard has too much pride to admit that people like the old stuff better than the current stuff, so they just tried to make a new talent tree that was good. Way better than what we got. Some of it is really upsetting though. But still. I will take the DF trees over EVERYTHING we have had since Wrath ended. A step in the right direction.

I haven’t looked at any of them so it should be fairly amusing.

This. I’ve played around in the beta and the talent trees seem just more than a bit off so I dunno.

Balance got nerfed to hell so… Time will tell.

Talent trees are not the big problem.

The big problem is that tuning is far from done.

Ding ding ding. :point_up_2:t6:

Like Balance 2pc right now gives you 40 AP but now it is coming back as a talent capstone but it gives you only 10 AP. Blizzard designing a tree where you invest heavily for mediocre payoffs.

Gearbox could probably do a better job at balancing talents than Blizzard if this is where we headed.

Anyone have opinions on cross faction tagging which is now going to be a thing? Good change or no?

I hope I can play Tuesday and not be waiting for maintenance

I’m in the same boat. The only thing I know about them is that my legendary power is in the tree now; which is fantastic.

Guess what they have until one or two weeks before the initial launch date and also they can tune classes throughout the expansion if they wanted to.

Definitely.

well to bad i didn’t get trees and just stayed the same since i didn’t buy df then i’d be really excited. why get excited over getting weak af again after 18 yrs and trees that basically have nothing new which will be stuck with for 2 more yrs.

Good change.

I’m not excited, I think my talent tree as arms is mostly bleed effects. But overall, I’m just excited for something new.

Yes. Now I don’t have to get fannyflustered every time there’s an Ally near me. I was about to just start indiscriminately killing them all for tagging my GOT dang etherwyrms. :dracthyr_crylaugh:
