Obviously with the whole petty harassment centered on a person owning a certain mount cause they want to spend money on something they want (worded that weirdly ), unless the harasser crossed a certain line, that being stalking, being kicked for that reason in anything, etc,… all you can do is /ignore, report and move on.

meh at most will likely only ever have to ignore and move on if happens to me report if they break other rules like language etc. cause I’m awesome like that but otherwise just ignore and move on.

I remember when the sparkle pony first came out, people lost their minds and were trying to grief those that had it. I just ignored them and happily rode around on my nice shiny sparkle pony.

There has only been one store mount that has bothered me at all and that was the pig, it should have 100% been something you got from the Lunar event.

I don’t call anyone out for having it. But those that do are partial to blame for why the game sucks. It supports the devs to keep going in the direction there going without improving anything. Also its just a store mount, there’s nothing impressive about it. Obtaining a rare mount is more exciting to see then a store mount. Store mounts just show that you have money to waste on a vitural non existing item thats made of code.

yup, i had people harassing me all the time on my sparkle pony when it came out. i got a kick out of it as i was younger and a bit more hot headed (i still can be at times i admit), and would give it right back at them. usually said something about how i dont need mommies credit card and can do what i want…

Honestly…no. I don’t have it but I’d like to, and I have several other store mounts. I’ve never had anyone talk to me about it, good or otherwise.

However, if someone did I would find it to be simply hysterical. I mean really, spill my drink kinda laugh. Why? Words on a monitor aimed at making me mad typed by angry, trolling, entitled nerds with nothing else to do is …well laughable.

Theirs nothing inherently wrong with the Store imo, it’s just cosmetic fluff. It doesn’t affect anyones gameplay if someone is using a store mount or not, though I do understand the perception that store mounts get more attention than earnable ones.

WoW still needs to turn a profit in the eyes of ActiBlizz and it’s shareholders, so it was (probably) ether raise the cost of the sub or adding in store bought cosmetics. I would rather have optional store fluff for those who want it instead of having my sub jacked up.

Plus I got 2 free mounts for paying in my usual format, so for me it’s a win!
