Title says it all. Please, this is my third time playing TBC and I have 3 characters (probably will do more in TBC since leveling isn’t as slow.) Can we please have account wide attunements, or at the very least some small skips so we can get through TBC attunements quicker?
I like attunements the first time, but they are absolute hell on alts

Then why play it yet again?
I get it, you do t like everything about TBC the same amount. There is some content you’d prefer over others, and you would like to do that content on alts.
One way to let the developers know would be to vote with your playtime and play Retail.

I do play retail, it’s what I mainly play. But I also like classic too. I know it’s foreign to some people, but some people actually do enjoy both versions of the game.
I like attunements, as a retail player, I think they should’ve stayed in the game because they’re cool to me. But I think they should be account wide.
The reason I bring the conversation up is because I play RDPS, MDPS and healer so I can fill roles my guild needs. It would be nice to not have to do the attunement tree on all characters when I’m just trying to help my guild fill role slots, and we added QoL in classic like the dual talent spec, instant mail between alts, LFG tool, the removal of buff/debuff limits and the chronoboon, so it seems like classic players are interested in some QoL.
It’s not foreign at all. But is is like saying, “I like salty things. I know there’s salty food, but I want salt on all the food.” And sure, that’s a valid opinion.
I also like salty food, but some food I enjoy because it isn’t salty. And when someone asks to put salt on my food that isn’t salty, I’ll say no thank you.
But you’re right, they have added QoL to Anniversary, and so they are catering to that sort of sensibility, and perhaps they will add even more QoL to TBC Anniversary, and then it will be me playing Retail, since the reasons to play other versions of the game I enjoy are no longer valid for me.

Agreed they need to make some minor QOL changes.
if you are no longer captive to attunments on alts then how are new and slower players suppose to do these quests? Do you not see the value and strength of game play removed by gaining an exemption for alts?

Heroic keys to honored straight away, all attunes in tact for all characters.
Even then, you can keep heroic keys on revered and it won’t bother me. Changing it to honored just makes sense.
In fact just straight up not requiring a key makes more sense, leaving the difficulty of the dungeon as the only gatekeeping mechanism to players who enter, but I suspect key rep requirements are their early version of “you must have this ilvl to enter” that we saw later.
But overall, entering certain raids requires you to complete steps related to the story that allow you to enter. There’s no reason alts should get a pass because a main has done it. Alts and mains are completely separate entities who will literally never see each other in game, unless they’re on separate accounts which definitely shouldn’t share attunements. They’re arguably less related to each other than your main and your good friend’s character or guildies you raid with.
nope… the constant flow of alts through the dungeons keeps the game alive
