I dunno, the Stupidity Level at Blizzard seems to have gone through the roof.
These are the same people who thought “let’s increase all monster damage by 40% 3 weeks before the expansion launches, do zero testing, ignore all feedback, and not make any adjustments to player abilities” was a good idea.
