Unless there’s some sweet transmogs coming out in 8.3… I’ll stop playing BFA once exalted with Mechagon and I have all the mounts from there. I may do old raid transmog runs.
I’m still gonna push my Mag’har to 120 (sitting at 110 now) and my Zandalari Hunter to 120 (gonna hit 100 soon).
After that I might do a Vulpera all the way just to do it and get the heritage. I figure by then there’ll be dead time.
Well unless you have a burning desire to level right now, probably.
Leveling the few I have left to cap now. They lie so much, not believing the claim of faster leveling in SL.
Depends on what else you’d be doing now, I guess. It’ll take roughly 2 levels earned now to equal one post-squish level, but it’s not like you can start earning future levels in any other way.
Gear you get now will be much more irrelevant than levels you get now on alts.
It isn’t pointless. But unless you’re in a high-end raiding guild that needs different classes for specific content… it’s probably advisable to hold off on levelling new alts until the Shadowlands pre-patch hits.

Now is a great time to get gear that’ll make atleast the first few levels of the next expansion faster. Hell, I basically feel like I’ve cheated the game with how easy gearing and playing this DH has been. BiS from EP and Benthic for guaranteed useful stats.
PLUS don’t forget now is an easy time to get your loremasters done if that’s something on your goal list.
at least a year to 9.0 soooo…you can wait a year to try out a new class or do it now.
The hero classes looking to less heroic so…you can wait a year to start around 10 maybe. Or run them now.
With some recent 120’s now in gear and azerite mode (see what WQ’s are up on a good day I might see 2 upgrades) and hit caches I might make 3rd DH now rather than later.
Might be more immersive. DK’s are getting expanded. Not DH’s. And after 9.0…we are existing before (or outside of, depends on the zone you pick I guess) legion.
The panda ask can I be like you DH and I’d go go ask the devs. See panda up until last patch of 8 series I was not supposed to be here. Now I am supposed to be here…and I’d give you that fel upgrade. you saying “I’ve sacrificed everything,…” would amuse me on bad days.
