your argument is invalid because your trying to test a spec without something that it needs to press every sub 30 seconds.
thast what your not understanding. take down is a static 1.5 min cd burst. it wont change nothing you do will change its cd
bm BW cd has tons of cdr so its 1.5min cd is actually sub 30 seconds and thus its tuned around it
i like this qoute cause it shows off how weird blizzard is with tuning sometimes. they didnt nerf the damage amp of bw. so effectively the buffs to all of these abilities also buff bms damage output inside BW. so nothing fundamentally changes. bm just got overall stronger and its burst got stronger as well.
so yes your tests didnt do anything of value
