I for one want everything outside raiding to actually mean something. It doesn’t have to be big, it doesn’t have to offer 226 gear or 1000 anima per 30 second world quest like it was in the past.
But what we have now is too much in the wrong direction. Once you hit 207 iLVL all you need is to hope the vault gives upgrades or you are stuck raiding. Once you hit a certain iLVL and gear some decent gear in all slots, even if the vault can technically give an upgrade, the chances are so low it’s not worth doing all that M+ for it, especially with how M+ is at the moment. And once you have enough done in The Maw, you really don’t ever need to go back.
210-215 iLVL, 200+ conduits and unlocking the last line of your chosen soulbind and that’s it, you can sit in raid all day and nothing else matters, and that is truly sad that so much in the game, so much potential and yet, we don’t bother doing it because it’s not worth it.
Maybe when flying is back we will again see more people doing world content because it’s easer to get to and therefore faster, but as it stands there is a reason there is almost no one out there and all you see are alts levelling or druids botting.
