And not only does it appear to have an obvious typo in the name of the item (hello QC team good grief) but it’s also apparently unable to be transmogrified? At least when I get on my yak, that’s the message I get on my screen:

Are there other items that you can’t transmogrify? I didn’t think that was even possible?

wait until you hear that I sold my 382 gaunts because I misread that, and I then cleared my bags at the vendor, pushing them off the buyback list.
thankfully my next primal gear buy was gauntlets, so it’s not a total loss. But still. For some reason I kept my prior 376 gaunts too, so it’s just a 6 ilvl drop. ack.
For future reference you can use item restore to get items back, but it can be wonky sometimes.
Dear OP,
Did you know that you can restore items that you sell? Go to the help menu and choose self-serve item restoration.
World rares effectively use legacy loot, as they don’t care what class/spec you are when they drop items for you.
If they hadn’t have misspelled it, you would have noticed sooner.
Personally I’d blame whoever did the typo.
