Congratulations! Damn, that’s got to be a relief. I haven’t been back to SoO for over a year. I’m not ready to revisit it yet.
I decided to get back to collecting N’zoth assault mounts this week. Had some great luck there. I got one of the quilen, which was nice. I then decided to farm for the lasso for the ivory cloud serpent, and got it on the third kill! So then I went to wait for the serpent to spawn and it showed up after about 30 seconds! So that was nice.
First I bonus loot rolled. It was not tusks.
Then I went to hearth and I saw the “tusks of mannoroth added to your appearances”
I said “no way”
And I cancelled hearth. I clicked the appearance tab, and there it was, do then I looked again in my bags and it was.
Immediately put them on and /dance.
Then posted to lfg chat cuz those are my homies.
Then I offered to share heroic garrosh lockout with any plate wearer all night. No luck for anybody else though. All in all 10/10 would have them drop for me again.
It’s pretty funny to see a fully naked man celebrating his tmog.

Grats! It’s not super rare but I finally got Cataclysm’s Edge to drop from Archimonde in old Hyjal raid. Been after it for a while though now I’m struggling for a good mog to go with it heh. I wish the new back mogs allowed your weapon to show or at least had a toggle for it.
After 33 runs, I finally got the Recurrence ring from Junkyard. I’d rather have Division, but this will do in the interim. I’ll also need the Overclocking ring from Workshop, so by the time I get that (and 2 axes from Junkyard), I probably won’t step foot in those places again unless its with guildies/friends or a higher key
grats man. one of the true legendary items to farm.
why are they so hard to get to drop? Drops samr an invincible or something?

Finally got the Soundless mount out of Naz’jatar last week. After so many kills it finally dropped.

I was thinking of it but hate doing all those bosses lol
I finally leveled another alt to 60… SL feels like the river styx or hell or something and I conquered the mind numbing thing, doing so I realized how much I was finally able to enjoy DK [frost].
Not able to find a main so having this breakthrough is a big plus for me.
How do you get to soundless so often? I stopped my crab mount meta thing because of a few rare kills I need so just asking

Felt pretty lucky since I don’t really have alts and only ever ran my main through ICC.
There’s a discord called Lord of the Reins. In the Soundless channel any time someone sees it they post it in there with what faction it is and whether it’s WM on or off. I can usually nab a couple of kills a day on Soundless.
I got Horridon and Vitreous Stone Drake. I run a lot of mount bosses on all my characters every week, and I always get the drops on my Druid. It seems he’s good luck.
Got more done with more of Stay Classy so pretty happy about that.

On my Mag’har warrior I have tusks on one shoulder and pauldrons of za’qul on the other.
