I have been tactically gathering the mats while they are cheap since I found my first arcane crystal. Already had the arcanite and diamonds long before this announcement, but kept stockpiling it because I knew it’d be even more valuable later.
Now, I’m exploiting them since the prices of arcanite have skyrocketed to meet the demand.

No, there isnt lol. They released what they said was their tentative phase layout. Nowhere did they give dates for when phases would be released, or promise that the phases would contain all components in a single update.
Anyone with a brain knew that they could announce and release updates at any time.

There is no schedule, just a content release plan. A schedule would imply dates and times.
