Idk but you won’t catch me or any other decent raider in one.
We will do LC or not raid. only time to even touch SR or MS > OS is on a fresh alt to swoop rare items. Soon as you have any gear those runs are toxic waste of time.
Huh, thats funny. Ive killed KT on 7 different characters in just the last 5 years. Nevermind doing it the first time back in Vanilla on 2. I run MS>OS and SR# runs pretty frequently.
But im sure you have some arbitrary framework that excludes everyone that doesnt GDKP from the “good raider” category. So whatever.
I get that, im just saying they cut out the middleman and are just straight buying the gear with paypal/venmo/cashapp now. Every once in a while i hear about a crew getting ripped off by one of their own and the money pool vanishing overnight with the thief going ghost with THOUSANDS and in one instance, TENS of thousands.
Makes me giggle every time.

No pure SR or MS > OS ever killed KT so you clearly did it with a diff group.

So the economies on the new servers are going to be just fine then? With no GDKPs to entice to RMT market and bots to flood the market with gold, correct?
There will be more gold buying, because players can’t farm gold buy running raids
There will be like 10x more petty gold buyers (1-5k at a time) but far less giant whales.
What there will be far less of is available pug raids.

And those transactions will be tracked and the buyers banned because Blizzard didnt magically stop tracking that data.
PS: the AH isnt safe from tracking either. If your average joe can spot obvious gold transfer auctions (nobody is buying 10x stringy wolf meat at 500 a piece for any legal reason or a stack of wool cloth for 2k)) then Blizzard can too.

Good. But usually they’ve been pretty lackluster at banning cheaters.
If all buyers and sellers were banned GDKPs would be perfect system.
But instead they ban the system and leave the cheaters. Makes me think that people running bots are paying off blizzard or there is something going on. Because only people who benefit from GDKP ban are players running bots to sell gold.

Most GDKP players run there because the runs are well organized, smooth, and it allows them to play the game WITHOUT buying gold.
Only noobs and players that have literally never been to a gdkp think people constantly buy gold for them.

We have our LC groups and they will be closed. And when we are done raiding we will go play on Era and not have alt raids in a game which forces use to use sub-par pug systems.
