Since major changes are on the table, this would help by letting mains run in demand roles like tank/healer and then pass those to their alts. Helping both their alts and people trying to run dps alts. And since rep enchants were already changed to be boa why not emblems.

The retail way is that certain resources are just shown account wide.

Because it defeats the core concept of the game, which is acquiring gear via playing the game. The developers have addressed this in retail wow by stating this. The concept that you should be able to just play a single character and then use that to gear a bunch of alts is not how the game is meant to be played.

So why are they trying to do that in classic?
In what way do you see them doing it in classic?
He might be referring to the recent Raid/H+ changes that makes gearing alts easier, but I would argue that you still have to play those alts to get the gear.
The idea the OP pushes is interesting, I’ll give it that.
Hot take: Every item should be on the badge vendor. Doesn’t matter if it costs 200, 300 badges. It should be there.

why would post a stupid thread about making boa’s valor then question the macros i’m giving to help get the stupid badges you need to buy the crap you want. go to the vendor badges in the F-ing sewers. use the macros.

It helps basically everyone, geared People who want to gear alts can do so by playing their mains, people who want to gear alts by actually playing them benefit from the above.

because i’d rather see the game fail and them just quit at this point. its clear they have zero desire to give this game any real care that it needs. they listen to the people who the cry the hardest. this isn’t a classic experience. you want a real classic experience it’ll be filled with GS + achieve go find a private server. blizzard doesn’t know how to provide an authentic wrath TBC or Vanilla experience never mind cata or mop.
