In b4 people start complaining about how hard the hard mode is, and how WoW isn’t accessible enough, while all of their past forum posts complain about how WoW never gets anything new for casuals or world events… LOL
I will tell you what we don’t get. We don’t have the pre cataclysm original 1-60 overworld to level through in retail anymore.
We have plenty of casual stuffs in the game. Although the only hardcore things seem to be at end game. Leveling is kind of a joke in retail.
I do feel like the lack of the old overworld, and the removal of the exorcism spell for paladins, are like some of the few things I complain about in retail. Why can’t they just make the game resemble classic in any shape or form.
Other than some of those things, retail is in a pretty good state to be honest. I do feel like with transmogg and all that, there are so many pieces of gear that you simply cannot get anymore with the lack of the old overworld, which is frustrating.
I just wish it would come back. It is like the main thing about retail that I complain about. Nothing else really bugs me that much.
What is the hook though? I got the mount last year or the year before. Upgrading might be nice, but what is the point? The hook on why anyone should be excited
