Ah’tusa, the love interest in “Forbidden Love”, is a female. Lord Gravesbane, the protagonist in “Nightborne of the Living Dead” and “Waves of Desire” is a male.
Undead of both genders can do the thing.

Well different color wings are glyphs so not that.
Eye color, probably not because we are literally removed our eyes and replaced them with fel fire.
What we will probably get are any of the new blood elf skin tones, hair styles, earings, etc…
I would like:
Match the eye fire to the tattoo color.
Stay in the demonic form like Illidan(without the bonuses of course, rework that into a different ability).
Just feeling silly, Medusa inspired hair
