In a word, no. I play both classes capped by it and classes not capped by it, and from both perspectives I can say that my opinion of the aoe cap is that it was a horrible idea that was made worse by being poorly implemented. My sincere hope - and also great doubt - is that the cap will be reversed some time by the end of this expansion before the disparity in aoe gets even further out of hand.
