Okay so you’re bad for one… And you don’t even know how a hunter works but goes back to you being bad.
Good news is you have lots of time to practice.
You cannot “SPAM” chimera shot. You can trigger locked and loaded if you land a trap or a dumb shaman walks over your trap giving you a free chimera but still triggers the CD on chim shot…
Coming from one of the better classic pvp’rs I acknowledge hunters tool kit is insanely good but it is NOT easy to play a hunter exceptionally well.
Good players will beat bad hunters and good hunters. Hunter still has a deadzone and has to know how to cycle said toolkit properly. Due to the nature of how they deal damage it isn’t just “Spam” buttons wow so much dmg. It does not work like that.
Really good players will beat really good hunters, good hunters and bad hunters.
Exceptionally well played hunters will smack everyone outside of other Exceptionally well played classes… I’m talking top tier hunters not the random bg heros that are wrecking you guys.
Let me put your “so very skilled” hands in this situation and tell me how you would wreck this hunter as an Elemental Shaman
Here’s the scene: You’re running up to the tunnels at the north end of Felwood
And from the side behind a tree comes a concussive shot, followed by the first Serpent Sting followed by a Chimera Shot and you have 2400 health.
You’re more than 30 yards away. (I know this because Lava burst was out of range.)
What are YOU going to do as an Ele Shaman over the next 18 seconds to try and kill this hunter before he kills you?
btw you cant really run in a zig zag way either to avoid the trap cause by the time youve zigged hes plunked another 30% of your hp bar and youre still no closer than you were to begin with.
against a hunter that starts at max range there is little to nothing you can do other than disengage and run away.
Hunters cannot possibly cast 4 chimera shots in a row. You can only chain 3 of them. So you’re just trolling here. Reported. Enjoy your ban from the forums.
he was probably moving to try and get closer but with the hunter at max range to start with he can easily keep on cheeta and fully counter the pitiful range of a shaman without breaking a sweat .
maybe in your headcannon he was just sitting there but that lacks alot of insight.
No, you’re moving faster than the hunter with cheetah on.
you move faster and frost shock/earthbind project
he could shoot the earthbind so prob just frost shock lol. but you’re moving 20%/14% (if talented) faster than they are in cheetah with a swiftness pot up
