Ask them why they could SEE that my one monk has an achievement to have a certain mount…and I DID have the mount before I had them combine my two WoW accounts under a single Bnet, at which point the MOUNT is now gone but the achievement is still there.
The Rep told me she could see that I SHOULD have the mount, but they werent giving it back. Id have to go do the achievement on another character.
Screw that.
