So are weekly quests just not resetting?

I have Worldsoul, PvP Skirmish (lol looking forward to the QQ), and Priory of the flame dungeon in Dornogal.

Although the dungeon quest doesn’t have any tokens associated with it . Or any of the other PvP weeklies.
