So alliance makes it impossible to exit Venaris Refuge with wm on

No it isn’t lol, you just wish it was and think you can convince others it really is. That isn’t a thing. Unless you’re exploiting a bug it isn’t actionable.

Nope. You choose to go into warmode, pay the price.

Try reading the room.

Camping is not a problem. Zone disruption is. I literally said that already. I can camp you for hours on end if I wanted to and Blizzard would do nothing, but if I and a bunch of my friends lock down an entire zone and prevent you from engaging in the content there, that is actionable and it always has been.

It has literally been actioned by Blizzard back in MoP when this exact thing happened on the Isle of Thunder.

More or less the same thing. Zone disruption can cover many things, but it covers PvP actions as well, which is, again, what happened in MoP.

Yes it is, Blizzard has actioned folks for this before, specifically in MoP when this type of stuff happened on the Isle of Thunder.

You mean kinda like how the Horde camped Mezzamere to the point you died before your loading screen into the zone was over?

Or is it only a problem because now it’s affecting the Horde? Get over it.

Turn off War Mode.

There’s a simple solution just like the rest of the stupid countless Warmode complaint threads there’s an easy Solution turn warmode off!!! You opted in of your own choice!

You have no right to complain! They are doing nothing wrong.

Did you miss the bit where they said the Maw was inescapable

see you complaining on the forums about the same problem once the horde finishes leveling up… The maw entrance will BELONG to the horde.

If the bonus XP was gone (or turned into bonus honor, which would be more appropriate, IMO), you’d have less people, because a lot of those Alliance are there for the XP, not for the PvP.

Actually detective, it isn’t. Venaris place is a rested zone. They simply need to turn it off to reach the obelisk.

Tell that to the horde 10+ group ganking in vampire land and abusing exploits possibly ,I say possibly because it was unclear if they were using a consumable etc to never die . They had a legit prot pally healing everyone to full with no cd . Did they change something with prot pallies ? They had no heals . Horde make it just as impossible . Infact you horde deserve it .

turn warmode off?

Literally makes thread to whine about Alliance, despite this being something both factions are doing.

I don’t think anything could have helped you man, turn WM off has been suggested to you many times since you clearly can’t handle pvp, and you’re clearly the type that needs to just turn it off.

No, you need to turn WM off, because you are not meant for pvp. Stop crying, turn WM off, you’ll thank yourself.

If you only want to go into the Maw to do some dailies, then you don’t really want PvP. Take advantage of a rest area, turn your WM off, & do your Maw thing.

If – as you say – you want PvP but don’t care about getting killed, then you don’t really want to go into the Maw just to do dailies. Get a raid together & go womp some Alliance booty.

Choose wisely, have fun.

Again, no. I will continue to repeat this as often as is necessary before folks finally get it. What is happening in the OPs case is called ‘zone disruption’ and it is actionable. It’s one thing to lock down a single player and prevent one person from engaging in content, that is normal PvP. It is another thing to prevent all people from the opposite faction from engaging in content because they can’t leave an area without getting nuked.

Blizzard has literally actioned folks before on this. Which is how I know it’s actionable.

Do you have a specific example? I cant recall any instance where they actioned players. Players were upset in BfA because they would fly to a camp or post or whatever and immediately get nuked, and I think blizz actually buffed guards at FPs, but hand out suspensions? Didn’t hear a thing.

I already said it. The Alliance sucks horribly. It’s why people leave it in droves. One thing they do well though, is gathering hundreds of salty noobs to form mass world PvP raids and gank certain areas. The solution is to ban world raids while Warmode is on. Of course they can’t really do that because there are world bosses…

This is why I always said from the start. WARMODE IS TRASH. At least on PvP servers you could choose the dominant faction or know in advance about the PvP balance. There were never a load of shard hopping noob raids flying through the servers to gank solo players. Sharding and Warmode have destroyed questing as a PvPer.

World PvP is all about griefing. If you cared about good PvP, you’d be in a BG or an arena.

Turn WM OFF, its already toned down heavily.

I never turned WM Off, WM is not for everyone …

I also dislike the system, if i was for me i’d leave pvp on everywhere aside from sanctuaries.

You got Warmode on/off, a good compromise, stop QQing.

QQ moar.

Warmode ON is not for everyone (cant say the word or i’d get banned)
