How can Nightborne be a last minute decision when Void Elves didn’t even exist prior to becoming playable? It should have been obvious that NB were being primed for playability in legion. It was a matter of when, not if.

Nightborne use Night Elf animations for everything except walking and standing. Look at them on the character creation screen, you’ll notice they hold weapons the exact same as Night Elf for every class.

Valeera got a unique model. You wanted me to ask them to look like a furbolg or something? they are still thalassian elves just like nightborne are still elves of night. New models won’t change that but they can change proportions, stances, muscle tone, etc… to differentiate them.
Do you have a friend and that friend has an uncle that works at blizzard who told you that they decided on Void Elves to be a thing at the last minute?
And Valeera is a blood elf who only has a “unique” model because she’s a named character.
You just want a better copy of blood elves, that’s it.

Well, nightborne would be a better copy of night elves so what’s the issue?
Again…NB were already being primed for playability in Legion. Which means the Alliance would need an AR of their own, likely an elf race, to balance things out. And considering how Void Elves were never even hinted at existing until they suddenly did exist, yes, logic would seem to dictate that they were decided on after NB.

because they thought of creating void elfs for alliance to stop the whinners who kept spamming for high elfs than thought of giving something similar to the horde at the last second , to not make it unfair and just saw the nightbornes , its easy to acknowledge when you look at nightbornes and see how rushed and badly made they are
them existing prior doenst mean they werent a last second idea to compensate for void elfs being given to the alliance
obvious how ? during legion we didnt knew about allied races and in many other expensions before , many other races with better easier models than real nightbornes could have been made playable and for way better reasons too but were never made so , so no it wasnt obvious
matter of when they would surrender to the whinning high elf crowd
tbh I am gonna agree with midare here , you are legit asking for just better blood elfs , valeera is the most looking blood elf in the game , her unique armor is better and more blood elf looking than the real heritage armor of the blood elfs and it screams sin’dorei

This 1000% our armor looks way to clunky and does NOT even come close to the blood elf ascetics of loose and flowing robes not to mention being very skimpy for MOST classes. The fact we basically were handed the New wow hijab look for all. While the Void elves really scored with the outfit they received. There some really strong Alliance Bias.

One day the Nightborne will receive the player model updates we’re owed, and we will be glorious.
Don’t besmirch the Nightborne for Blizzard’s sloppy, rushed work.
