So all my hard work to get Pathfinder was for nothing?

you mean like allied races I did the grind for…TWICE? Yet NOT whining about if everyone else can be spared it?

Pathfinder a grind? Pathfinder has never been a grind, the only thing that it is is an annoyance. Nothing else.

If you play the game, you get it. That’s it.

The only people that think is a grind is people that returned to the game years later.

Green fire warlock quest. Every time I see it on my friends lock, I am jealous with envy. I didn’t get it at the time because I was too lazy and also cuz I knew it was a challenge and I didn’t want to put in the effort. Do I deserve it now? No. Do I even deserve to have a CHANCE at getting it now? No.

The original Zulaman bear. When I see, my heart breaks because I wanted that mount so bad. Do I get jealous and beg for it? No. I accept the fact that I missed out on the opportunity and I move on.

lol loser

I’ve done all the pathfinders.
That being said, I have no bad feeling towards anyone getting to fly without having to do it moving forward.

I got to use it for years, qol time well spent.

No, I can absolutely promise you it wasn’t. How do I know? I could care less about flying, it just isn’t something I give a cr@p about. I have every bit as much fun without it as I do with it so I have never bothered to try and earn pathfinder.

Turns out though, somehow (and I honestly don’t remember getting it) I stumbled into Legion flying. The only reason I don’t get it is because I don’t want to do the things required, they just are not fun to me. So, I actively avoid the grind (which I assume is your melodramatic use of pain and hard work). So seeing as how I accidentally got it in Legion, there was no pain or hard work involved, it simply happened organically.

If you are seriously experiencing pain and hard work while playing a game, well…uninstall may be the best option for you.

You know you can still get green fire though right?

Would you say

green

with envy

No I’ve been playing solidly since about the time Black Temple came out and I think PathFinders are a grind.

Ah ok, so you must have been one of the many who didn’t have to hunt and gather those Wyrmtongue chests in Broken Shore like it was a job. That explains it.

yeeeah…not the same.
PF is still there ready to be done. NOthing was removed. Flight still exists in Draenor and anyone can get it NOW.

its blizzards game guy. Play it or dont. They do what they do. Simple as that.

uh…who forced you again?

World is working too hard to contain Covid-19, imo, if threads like this are anything to judge by.

Anyways guys, I learned my lesson now so it’s all good. Heck, I should have learned it a long time ago but I digress. Enjoy your (free) flight in Draenor and Broken Isles!

I did them for every class hall. It wasn’t hard. Just annoying. You still have to do them for the mounts in the class halls. They did not take that away.

I have all three pathfinders. They’ve gotten nothing but easier with every iteration. Given the changes coming in Shadowlands, this is the correct decision on Blizzard’s part.

You’ll live.

Just because it’s not a difficult one doesn’t make it not a grind. Anything that takes weeks to complete is inherently a grind.

Hahahahaha. It wasn’t hard, my main was a dh and I did everything right as it was coming a long.

That island was hell to navigate but it was an annoyance not a grind.
