I’m in a BG and just manually refreshed my SnD while I already had the buff, and I’m getting no healing. I’m even damaged but nothing.
This is still a thing, isn’t it?

One of many rotating issues with the conduit/talent. It goes through a few different bugs.
- Doesn’t apply on S&D use at all
- Doesn’t apply on refresh specifically (currently)
- Applies on refresh but not the entire duration, falls off after 20ish seconds
- Applies the buff but doesn’t apply any healing
- Heals, but the heal is substantially less than the claimed amount
- Falls off arbitrarily before the normal timer is up (we were having issues with this and Blade Flurry falling off last patch randomly for a bit)
- Applies normally, refreshes the tooltip, healing stops at first application wearing off
Basically, this this is broken beyond repair and should have never been converted to a talent. Every time they fix the active bug, one of the other issues becomes the active one. And they have never had it properly working for more than a week.

Yes, it is indeed, still a thing. Blizzard however, does NOT care.

It’ll be fixed in the next expansion probably, right about when they fix the cloak of shadows bug where you still get magical slows applied to you while cloak is on.
of course then we’ll be back to stealth breaking bugs so, look forward to it
